As a Field Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this mission.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular field/virtual visits/maintaining positive contact, providing field insights, feedback and reports to Sales Director.
  • Communicating with our distributors frequently, focusing on business strategy and planning, including business development and recruitment performance.
  • Supporting your members and their downlines to have more success with promotions and qualifications.
  • Sharing opportunities for best practice, e.g. duplication of DMOs and flow with upline.
  • Updating systems in a timely manner to allow effective reporting and decision making.
  • Leading and working with Committees to drive and influence sales initiatives, event content and agreed implementations.
  • Attending monthly meetings / HOMs / other relevant local trainings as an Ambassador of the Company, as well as National, Regional and International events – as required.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships with our distributors.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to manage resistance and fixed mindsets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data insights to inform decision making.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to drive sales growth.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar field role with proven DS relationship / integration experience.
