As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing sales data, generating reports, and analyzing trends. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless operations and optimize sales tools.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent analytical skills to analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
  • Strong coordination skills to manage country sales activities, including quarterly business reviews and account planning.
  • Ability to manage customer segmentation, examining productivity and sales coverage.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining knowledge of sales policies, processes, and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle large amounts of data and present findings.
