
Norway Sales Customer Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our sales organization in Norway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer relationships, ensuring long-term success, and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, building strong client relationships, and driving customer success. They will be fluent in Norwegian and English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and clients.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Develop and execute customized customer success plans to drive long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Provide strategic advisory services to clients, helping them optimize their chemical management and compliance processes.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop best practices and enhance customer success strategies.
- Analyze customer activity, review contracts, and identify trends to support growth initiatives.
- Contribute to key business metrics, including Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
