Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to lead our efforts in Norway. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, optimizing onboarding, ensuring long-term success, and identifying new business opportunities through data-driven insights and strategic collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Onboarding and Success: Partner with clients to ensure successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive growth.
  • Growth and Expansion: Drive renewal and expansion of client agreements, upselling new features and rolling out solutions to additional markets.
  • Market Engagement and Branding: Represent the company at seminars, workshops, and user meetings to strengthen client relationships and brand presence.
