Key Accountabilities

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

Sales Performance

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve significant revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, exceeding expectations and building strong relationships.
  • Market Share: Increase the company's market share, establishing a strong presence in the industry.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in outreach sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
  • Technical Skills: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
