As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building a seamless sales process, identifying challenges, and developing creative solutions to address them. Your primary goal will be to secure business in our key markets while contributing to our mission of protecting biodiversity and supporting the global transition to green energy.
Your Responsibilities- Create and drive revenue within a list of named accounts and/or in a specific region.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to reach and exceed assigned sales quotas quarterly and annually.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, consultancy, and competitive landscape to tailor sales pitches and presentations effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Lead collaborative efforts to enable customers to quantify and articulate business value.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a growing sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving results.
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting using CRM.
