The Job Description
We are seeking a Sales and Team Development Expert to join our team at PARETO SECURITIES AS in Oslo, Norway. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Performance: Analyze performance data, develop action plans, and drive sales growth through effective merchandising and visual displays.
- Team Management: Coach, motivate, and support a dynamic sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Store Operations: Oversee inventory management, staff scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless store operations.
- Customer Experience: Develop strong relationships with customers, provide personalized service, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury or high-end fashion brand.
- Proven track record of handling administrative responsibilities, including reporting and compliance with deadlines.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, performance analysis, and action planning.
- Sales-driven and results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Fluent in Norwegian, with additional fluency in English being a strong advantage.
