We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a key member of our store leadership, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales through others and achieving exceptional service standards.
The ideal candidate will have prior retail or customer-facing experience, fluency in Norwegian and English, and a strong understanding of what makes a great customer experience.
In this role, you'll lead a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service, analyse selling information to maximise sales performance, and support recruitment and training of new starters.
You'll also be responsible for identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression, overseeing store operations, and being a brand ambassador.
