Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced sales manager to lead our team in Norway. As the sales manager, you will be responsible for establishing and leading a new team of four sales representatives in Norway. You will drive sales, develop customer relationships, and ensure we achieve our goals in the Norwegian market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need previous leadership and personnel management experience, preferably in sales or customer relations. You should be results-oriented, engaged, and capable of building strong teams. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with both employees and customers.
