At Bolt, we're looking for an experienced professional to drive our sales growth and expansion in the enterprise market. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for establishing strong connections with medium-sized businesses, demonstrating the features and benefits of our B2B offering, and closing deals that meet our ambitious targets.

The Role

This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales, with a proven track record of sourcing and successfully closing mid-market clients. You'll be passionate about sales, driven by a results-oriented mindset, and committed to exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the sales funnel, including processing leads, prospecting, cold calling, and building up a well-balanced pipeline.
  • Establishing thought-through outreach strategies to establish strong customer relationships with medium businesses.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by implementing effective strategies, identifying and targeting potential customers, and analysing and optimising performance.
  • Sharing regular updates on the overall business progress and successes with the management team.
  • Providing market feedback to the Product team and playing an essential role in developing our solutions based on businesses' needs.
