The Regional Sales Manager Benelux is a critical role in driving our mission forward by promoting the sales of electric bus fleets in the region. This involves developing and maintaining high-level contacts with existing and potential customers, coordinating activities with supporting teams at the HQ and in the Netherlands related to regional tenders and orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice on electric bus tenders and operations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of the electric bus market and its trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% of the time).
