About the Role

nShift is a global leader in cloud delivery management solutions, enabling seamless shipment and return of nearly one billion packages annually across 190 countries. We have over 460 employees across offices in Europe and have a strong presence in the logistics and e-commerce industry.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated sales professional to join our Norwegian customer management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for upgrading our existing customers with our latest products and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Presentation of our solution to potential clients
  • Identification of client needs and suggestion of appropriate products/services from our portfolio
  • Building long-term trusting relationships with prospects, negotiating and closing deals
  • Reporting to the Director of Sales on results and improvement ideas
  • Staying up-to-date with new products/services and market trends

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing business through outbound and inbound opportunities, experience in presenting to, negotiating with, and closing at C-level, and strong relationship management and networking abilities on different organizational levels.
