
International Sales Manager Ferrosilicon Europe

As a seasoned sales professional, you will have the opportunity to lead our ferrosilicon sales efforts in Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
With a focus on growth and expansion, you will work closely with our global team to identify new business opportunities and negotiate sales contracts that meet our customers' needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
To succeed in this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of industrial sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful customer relationships. You should be fluent in English and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing customer portfolio and customer relations
- Keeping regular contact with customers via telephone or video meetings
- Offering and negotiating quarterly and annual sales contracts with customers
- Representing Elkem in major industry conferences
- Visiting customers at their sites regularly
- Updating sales plans, budgets, and forecasts on a regular basis
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience
- Hands-on and responsive to customer requests
- Good communication and people skills
- Able to socialize and build relationships
- Experience with negotiations and contracting
- Capable of learning and using different IT systems
- Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language (German and French is a plus)
- International experience is an advantage
