
Sales and Partnerships Director

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our commercial presence. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, foster strategic partnerships, and represent Fieldnode at key industry events and conferences.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive outreach and lead generation to build a robust sales pipeline.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with global customers.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with business and legal requirements.
Delve into market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Industry Knowledge: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or spare parts management within the energy sector.
Sales & Market Expertise: Strong understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, change management, and customer relationship management (CRM).
Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to build relationships, negotiate, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Tech & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, with a data-driven approach to business development.
Language: Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
Project Management: Previous experience in project management services is advantageous.
