About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Sales Leadership Position to lead our wholesale business in the region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account managers and stakeholders at our retail partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies
  • Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in national sales management or key account management in a consumer goods industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of the premium outdoor, fashion, and lifestyle industries
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
