About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced EVP to lead our Sales and Account Management Team in the Nordics or Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving Hansen's continued success by leading strategic initiatives in the EMEA region. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue and margin growth in alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, contract renewals, and expanding our reach within existing customers.
- Oversee sales teams and strategies to meet sales targets, including setting quotas, monitoring performance metrics, and managing the sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor industry trends, and assess competitive threats.
- Negotiate contracts with customers and partners to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor commercial teams (sales and customer management) to ensure high performance.
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record of selling deals over €1m.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive performance.
- Capacity to identify challenges, develop solutions, and make decisions to overcome obstacles and achieve objectives.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights.
