Business Development Manager

The Regional Channel Development Manager will lead the charge to deliver all wholesale revenue in their area, while elevating the Arc'teryx experience for guests shopping in our partner's doors. The role requires a strong and consistent team leader, capable of painting the picture of success to their team and holding them accountable to deliver with enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Sales Reps and/or agents across Nordics and the UK countries with vision, clarity, and optimism while driving for results.
- Develop internal team members with clear Personal Evolution Plans that celebrate their strengths and help them develop areas of opportunity.
- Execute the vision and plan for success in EMEA for the B2B channel, using tools and capabilities to analyze against the plan.
- Drive accountability to the plan within the team and cross-functionally to regional and HQ teams.
- 7+ years' experience in key account and national sales management in a customer centric industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field.
- Proven track record of building and leading high performing professionals.
- Strong awareness of the Arc'teryx brand, product, and consumer.
- Excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and a track record of strategic planning.
