Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in Norway, developing strategic relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and progress towards targets
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years experience in managing a sales team, demonstrated ability to establish vision, drive organizational change, and deliver positive results in sales. You should also possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
