Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in finance, with at least 5+ years of experience in leasing, equipment financing, or medical device sales.
  • Expertise in financial products, accounting regulations, pricing practices, and asset finance.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in a medical equipment leasing company or the financing division of a medical manufacturer.
  • Innate drive to develop new business & create new financing opportunities.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages being a bonus.
  • Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities – you'll be the point of contact for key stakeholders, so your ability to convey complex ideas clearly is essential.
