
Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant

Are you a driven pre-sales professional from SaaS or tech who excels in being both strategic and hands-on? We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Pre-Sales to elevate our Sales Engineering efforts and lead a talented team.
In this role, you'll engage directly with Enterprise customers to showcase the value of our platform, and collaborate closely with the sales teams to understand customer requirements, sales goals and strategies. You'll also provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during customer interactions, presentations, demonstrations and tenders.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in Pre-Sales roles within SaaS or tech companies, particularly with medium complex enterprise-level deals. They should also have at least 3 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading and inspiring high-performing teams.
Leadership- Lead, mentor and coach the Pre-Sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills, knowledge and resources to effectively support the sales process.
- Set clear strategy, goals and objectives for the team, and provide guidance on how to achieve them.
- Monitor the KPIs that are set up for the Pre-Sales team and make sure we are on track to achieve the goals.
