As a Revenue Development Executive at Bolt, you'll play a critical role in driving our sales growth and expansion in the enterprise market. With at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, you'll be responsible for establishing strong connections with medium-sized businesses, demonstrating the features and benefits of our B2B offering, and closing deals that meet our ambitious targets.

The Role

As a Revenue Development Executive, you'll be passionate about sales, driven by a results-oriented mindset, and committed to exceeding expectations. You'll be responsible for managing the sales funnel, including processing leads, prospecting, cold calling, and building up a well-balanced pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Establishing strong relationships with medium-sized businesses and negotiating deals that meet our targets.
  • Providing market feedback to the Product team and contributing to the development of our solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
