As a Small to Medium-Sized Enterprises Sales Lead, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts within the SME segment (companies with < 2000 employees) in EMEA. You will manage the full sales cycle, executing strategic sales initiatives, and maintaining a strong pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements:
  • Over 1 year in B2B SaaS sales with closing responsibility and a strong business understanding.
  • Strong ability to manage expectations, to present solutions and build relationships.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and run a complex sales process and to articulate the business value of SaaS offerings within Learning & Development and Communication.
  • Strong listening skills and understanding of the customers' business needs and challenges.
