Job Description

As a Project Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading technical work to ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and financial targets.

You will focus on delivering power and control systems to customers in Norway, including grid companies, industries, and the transport sector.

You will lead and coordinate a diverse team of engineers and technicians.

You will maintain extensive customer contact and collaborate closely with the project manager.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience within electrical field or experience with power distribution.
  • Engineering competences, preferably as a technical manager.
  • Good understanding of interfaces between different HV devices, protection and control systems, as well as different professional disciplines.
  • Strong collaboration skills with colleagues, customers, and partners.
