About Our TeamBolt's Regulatory & Public Policy team works locally and nationally to obtain and defend Bolt's operating permissions. We collaborate with regulators, civil servants, and politicians from across the political spectrum to ensure that legislation, regulation, and administration strike the right balance: safety and innovation, consumer protection, and enabling enterprise.
The Role- Oversee regulatory, compliance, and political communications strategies in Norway, aligning them with our operational goals and urban mobility mission.
- Provide expert regulatory guidance and compliance oversight to our commercial teams, transforming complex legislation into actionable strategies for business growth.
- Build and maintain influential relationships with stakeholders such as regulators, political figures, and business partners to advocate for favorable policies and ensure compliance.
- Manage licensing requirements through regular compliance audits and the acquisition of new licenses to ensure uninterrupted operations.
