Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Mainframe Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, testing, and maintaining critical software systems
  • Installing, updating, and coordinating mainframe IMS subsystems and related ISV products
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting problems
  • Managing incidents and performing changes within company regulations and security standards

Key requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience as an IMS System Programmer or in a similar role
  • Installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis, and administration of IMS DB DC JCL, ISPF, and SMP/E proficiency
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication skills with colleagues and management
