We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Operations Specialist to support our business decisions. This is a temporary position of 5 months (paternity cover) with opportunities to contribute to high-impact projects.

You will be responsible for reporting and analyzing operational performance KPI's, supporting business decisions, and collaborating closely with colleagues across the Insights & Analytics team. You will also own and analyze operational data, including Customer Satisfaction, Speed of Service, and Menu Complexity Index.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Measuring and reporting on operational performance KPI's and communicating findings to stakeholders
  • Owning and analyzing operational data, including Customer Satisfaction, Speed of Service, and Menu Complexity Index
  • Acting as an Operations representative in the Nordic Analytic Platform team, supporting with data validation and report development
  • Supporting strategic planning with operational performance insights, working closely with senior leaders in Franchising, Operational Effectiveness, and Operations Directors

The ideal candidate will have experience from the restaurant industry, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
