Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global safety continuous improvement strategy, integrating Lean principles and 5S methodologies.
- Standardize risk management processes and conduct root cause analyses for significant incidents.
- Monitor and improve key safety metrics and champion safety culture advancement.
- Collaborate with manufacturing leaders, HSE teams, and external partners to drive safety performance and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in global manufacturing safety, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards, and global safety regulations.
- Proven track record in leading safety culture advancements and implementing Lean methodologies.
- Fluent in English; Norwegian or French proficiency is a plus.
