We are seeking a skilled Safety Manager to lead the implementation of our FORUS system. The successful candidate will have a key role in ensuring the HSE training plans are developed and implemented throughout the company.
Main Responsibilities
- HSE Training: Develop HSE training plans regarding role responsibility and HSE training content development.
- Risk Management: Implement robust risk management processes within the organisation.
- Process Safety: Implement Process Safety within the organisation.
- HSE Change Management: Ensure a robust HSE Change Management process is implemented in the organisation.
- HSE Documentation: Manage HSE documents related to the FORUS system as per a robust document control system.
- Culture Improvement: Work to improve behaviour and culture through good behaviour development practices.
Requirements
- A strong background in HSE work.
- At least 10 years of Chemical/Metallurgical/Mechanical/Electrical experience.
