About the Role

We're seeking a talented UX designer to join our dynamic design team at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Oslo. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our user-centric products and ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in the global arena of financial crime prevention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and bring user-centric solutions to life.
  • Take a holistic approach to user experience, considering the totality of the product and experience.
  • Contribute to balancing user needs and business objectives, guiding problem prioritization and solution development.
  • Work end-to-end across the customer lifecycle, from brand and creative marketing to customer research and product design.

  • The ability to use design thinking to understand customer needs and synthesize insights into clear problem statements.

  • Solid visual and communication skills, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, compelling designs.
