About the Role

Pareto Securities AS is seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience Designer to drive progress in FinTech through impactful designs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design and a passion for creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of complex web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver user experience designs that improve the overall user experience of our trading platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure that user experience design aligns with business objectives.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure that user needs are met.
  • Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user experience and business requirements.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and provide support throughout the development process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design and apply this knowledge to improve our platform.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and maintain a consistent design language and ensure that all designs align with the company's brand and vision.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in user experience design, with a focus on complex web applications.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in user experience design, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.
  • Proficiency in design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written.
