Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of user-generated content, including videos, audio, comments, and links, to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Enforce content standards and remove inappropriate content to maintain a secure platform.
  • Manage user appeals and provide clear explanations for moderation actions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor user trends and potential risks, adjusting moderation strategies as needed.
  • Share insights to improve moderation tools and practices.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Norwegian (C1/C2 level) and English (C1 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Greek residency card
  • At least one year of experience in customer support
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
