Business Development Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team and contribute to our ambitious growth targets. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in acquiring new customers, including local education authorities, schools, and educational institutions, while also managing and expanding key accounts.
New Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and engage with potential customers in the education sector, leveraging your strong network and sales expertise.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for profitable growth and long-term partnerships in your region.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to convert customer inquiries into successful business opportunities.
Existing Customer Management:
- Maintain regular, strategic communication with existing customers to drive revenue growth and minimize churn.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify upselling opportunities and expand customers' AV1 fleets.
- Work closely with the Customer Success Team to resolve challenges and create optimal conditions for further growth.
