Housekeeping Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our hotel team.

About This Role:
  • Lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional guest experiences through clean and tidy facilities.
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and order are maintained throughout the hotel, including rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve departmental goals and KPIs, driving business success through excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping strategies to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels at all times.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
  • Contribute to hotel operations as needed, supporting other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in leadership meetings to share best practices and drive business improvement initiatives.
