The Environmental Services Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire hotel. This includes leading our housekeeping efforts, working with a team of significant size, and contributing to a healthy work environment.

About the Job:

  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the entire hotel– rooms, bathrooms, common areas, storage, and corridors.
  • Work together with your team to reach the department's goals and KPI targets.
  • Structure balanced staffing, in line with activity at the hotel.
  • Control and perform purchasing/rentals of linens, cleaning equipment, minibar goods etc.
  • Keep and control inventory for your departments.
  • Contribute in operations when needed.
  • Actively participate in the hotel's leader group.
  • Contribute to a healthy work environment in your departments and the rest of the hotel.
  • Inspire and motivate your team to be the best versions of themselves.
