Key Responsibilities

The QHSSE Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, safety, security, and environmental compliance across our operations. This includes:

  • Conducting pre-qualification assessments for suppliers
  • Performing evaluations and follow-ups to ensure compliance with standards
  • Managing and updating the supplier register
  • Conducting audits of suppliers to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Following up procurement quality
  • Acting as the champion for the Open Reporting System.
  • Overseeing internal audits, Lessons Learned (LLs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and HSSE incidents (databases)
  • Analyzing data and generating reports.
  • Following up on findings and implementation
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to the ORS.
  • Leading internal QHSSE projects aimed at improving processes.
  • Developing and executing campaigns to enhance QHSSE awareness.
  • Improving communication and visibility of QHSSE initiatives.
  • Coordinating ISO audits and ensuring readiness, and following up of findings
  • Facilitating management reviews and ensuring follow-up on action items.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience: 3-5 years in QHSSE Management
  • Language: Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Good communication abilities
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in QHSSE software and reporting tools
