About the Position

As an Operations Manager at XXL Norway, you will play a key role in optimizing and developing store operations with a regional focus on Innlandet and Østlandet. This is a dynamic and performance-driven work environment with high tempo and ambition.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure efficient and profitable daily operations across all XXL Norway stores
  2. Analyze and follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to staffing, productivity, inventory flow, and cost control
  3. Develop and implement best practices for operational processes and routines
  4. Support workforce planning and resource optimization across stores
  5. Work closely with the operations team to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  6. Lead change processes and cross-functional development projects

We're looking for someone who:

  1. Holds a higher education degree in retail, logistics, business, leadership, or a related field
  2. Has relevant experience in retail operations, logistics, or chain management
  3. Possesses strong business acumen and is comfortable working in a data-driven and structured manner
  4. Collaborates effectively across multiple levels of the organization and can balance operational and strategic needs
  5. Has high execution ability, excellent organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  6. Is a clear communicator and an inspiring relationship builder
