Young Professional Telecom Engineer

Our Life Cycle segment focuses on ensuring safe operations and optimizing field life solutions. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in Trondheim and contribute to the delivery of world-class projects.
What You Will DoAs a Young Professional Telecom Engineer, you will be part of our graduate program and have the opportunity to build a professional network, meet fellow graduates, and visit our headquarters and yards.
You will work alongside a dedicated team within the SIT & CSNE Mid-Norway department, learning and applying industry-leading methods and standards. You will develop proficiency in using NORSOK Standards and gain in-depth knowledge of ATEX/NEK420 requirements.
- Design and implement industrial network systems, including fiber optics, network cabling, radio, alarms, navigation, surveillance, and security systems.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers to deliver world-class projects.
- Develop expertise in telecom engineering and contribute to the growth of our team.

RequirementsWe are looking for a student graduating in 2025 or recent years with a relevant area of study. You should have a commercial mindset, strong work ethics, and be courageous, open-minded, and proactive. Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
Familiarity with the use of teams and similar digitalized collaboration tools is a plus. Good English language skills, both written and verbal, are required.
