Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the optimization of our company website, develop and execute an SEO strategy, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, leveraging email, retargeting, and paid advertising.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience leading digital marketing strategies in a B2B SaaS environment, expertise in website management and conversion rate optimization, and proven track records in SEO and SEM. They will also be skilled in marketing automation, including HubSpot workflows, lead nurturing, and CRM integrations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize the company website to improve user experience and maximize lead conversions.
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy, including technical optimizations, keyword research, and content enhancements.
- Oversee paid search (SEM) campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn, optimizing for cost-efficiency and improved Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, leveraging email, retargeting, and paid advertising.
- 7+ years of experience leading digital marketing strategies in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expertise in website management and conversion rate optimization, with experience using CMS platforms like HubSpot or Webflow.
- Proven track record in SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices, using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Hands-on experience with SEM, including managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and PPC campaigns to optimize ad spend and conversions.
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation, including HubSpot workflows, lead nurturing, and CRM integrations.
