Vi søker etter en administrasjonssjef som skal lede vårt norske M&E-team i Oslo. Som administrator/sjef vil du være ansvarlig for å koordinere og styre alle fasene av møte- og arrangementer, inkludert planning, organisering og evaluering. Dette innebærer å kommunisere og arbeide sammen med våre kunder for å oppfylle deres behov og forventninger.

Arbeidsområder:
  • Planlegging og organisering av møte- og arrangementer
  • Kommunikasjon og samarbeid med kunden
  • Sikring av at krav og frister i inngåtte avtaler blir overholdt
  • Kommunikasjon og forhandling av kontrakter
Kvalifikasjoner:
  • Du har erfaring fra reise- og/eller eventbyrå
  • Du motiveres av salg og god økonomisk resultat
  • Du har en positiv serviceinnstilling, er nøyaktig, velorganisert og effektiv
  • Du må beherske norsk og engelsk flytende, skriftlig og muntlig
