About This Role:

TN Norway is seeking an experienced Installation Planner to join our Oslo-based team.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in creating comprehensive schedules for installation teams. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with external customers and subcontractors to oversee and manage operations planning.

Key aspects of this position include:

  • Developing and maintaining detailed activity schedules for installation, commissioning, and department operations
  • Monitoring resources booking processes, track usage, and possession management
  • Supporting departments with readiness status prior to site activities
  • Attending regular internal meetings, planning reviews, and supplier coordination sessions

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, logistics)
  • Scheduling experience using MS Project or similar tools
  • Advanced-level English language skills; Norwegian language skills a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
