As the Cash & Store Operation Responsible, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our back-of-house and cash office are both organized and finely tuned for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Handling: Process and bank daily sales, as well as manage payroll entries with precision.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store operations, maintaining high standards and implementing correction routines to elevate direct and indirect customer-service experiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the management team to boost profitability through smart logistics and efficient store operations.
  • Training and Development: Train colleagues on store logistic training and best practices, while taking ownership of the store audit result.
What We're Looking For:
  • Candidate Profile: Retail or customer-facing experience, fluency in Norwegian and English, and previous knowledge of cash management & payroll entry.
  • Skillset: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
