Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash and Inventory Management: Manage cash handling, inventory control, and stockroom organization to maintain a well-organized store.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new processes and train colleagues on best practices.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their shopping experience.
What You'll Need:
  • Candidate Profile: Retail or customer-facing experience, fluency in Norwegian and English, and previous knowledge of cash management & payroll entry.
  • Skillset: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
