Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Completion Engineer to join our team at Energy-as. As a key member of our Skarv Asset team, you will be responsible for performing technical engineering tasks for the planning and execution of subsea wells.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and timely drilling and well engineering outputs to ensure safe and reliable operations.
  • Create Statements of Requirements (SOR) and develop Basis of Design documents for tubing stress, tubing design, fluids, and material evaluations.
  • Develop and manage the Risk Register, implementing lessons learned from suppliers, other operators, and within the company.
  • Drive continuous improvement during planning and operations, preparing Completion Programs and developing and managing AFE budgets.
  • Support ongoing operations, both onshore and offshore, participating in relevant morning calls and RAP meetings.
  • Engage in drilling engineering duty work, onshore and offshore, if applicable, and compile the final well report.

Required Expertise:

  • Minimum M.Sc. degree or equivalent in scientific disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in completion and well planning/operations.
  • Experience with completion software packages is a plus (WellCat, Completion String Design, Prosper, Torque and Drag).
