Job Title: We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Remote Bookkeeper to join our elite team of virtual assistants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and a thorough understanding of US accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile financial transactions and ensure precision in financial statements
• Deliver timely and comprehensive financial reports, summaries, and analysis to clients
• Handle bank reconciliations and efficiently manage cash flow
• Support clients in developing budgets and financial plans
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Foster efficiency in clients' financial processes and enhance overall performance
• Offer expert guidance and support to clients on financial matters

Necessary Qualifications:

• Proven experience in US bookkeeping and accounting roles
• Must be adaptable to working graveyard shift (MNL TIME) on a Fulltime basis
• Proficient in utilizing QuickBooks
• Possess an Accounting Degree
• Thorough understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
