About the Job:

  • Deliver individualized counseling services to clients, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate with our clinical care navigation team to ensure seamless referrals and transitions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through regular training and education opportunities.

Your Background:

  • Unrestricted license to practice counseling in Norway.
  • Minimum 3 years of post-training experience, preferably with experience in CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
