Job Description

We are seeking a Fluent Norwegian Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greece. As a Customer Support Expert, you will be responsible for communicating with customers through various channels to address product or service issues.

You will advise customers on the proper use of their electric appliances, handle customer complaints efficiently, and expedite corrections and/or adjustments. Additionally, you will assist with the processing of refunds or exchanges and arrange the placement of orders.

Your strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with your fluency in Norwegian, will enable you to deliver excellent customer experiences and build strong relationships with our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High level of fluency in Norwegian
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Customer support/troubleshooting experience
  • Familiarity with the brand preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills utilizing active listening
