Online Content Creator

We are seeking a talented Junior Online Marketing Manager to join our Sales-& Marketing Team in Bergen, Norway.

In this part-time role, you will support the team with content creation, customer communication, and partner management in the Norwegian market. To succeed in this position, you should have a solid background in marketing, sales, or management, and be proficient in both Norwegian and English.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and produce engaging content for our websites and newsletters, considering market trends and developments.
• Optimize our communication channels by conducting A/B tests and analyzing results.
• Produce high-quality, search engine optimized content for our websites.
• Assist the team with affiliate management by developing long-term partnerships.
• Analyze and report on partner activities to implement optimization approaches.

Requirements:

• A degree in marketing, sales, management, or a related field is required.
• Previous experience in designing content for web and newsletters is essential.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and tools for preparing search engine optimized texts is beneficial.
• Business fluency in Norwegian and very good command of written and spoken English are necessary.
• Experience with Canva and other design tools is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

As a part-time employee, you will work 20 hours per week and have the opportunity to work from home during periods when necessary. Our office premises are located in central Bergen, offering a young, social, and dynamic work environment.
