About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Stadium Outlet in Haugesund. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store operations
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
