FDV Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented FDV Specialist to join our team at SIT. As an FDV Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our FDV system, ensuring that all documents are accurately and efficiently managed.

• Implement and maintain our FDV system, ensuring that all documents are accurately and efficiently managed.
• Oversee the systematization, organization, and archiving of FDV documents and technical drawings.
• Drive the systematic completion and digitalization of FDV documents.
• Develop and improve systems, structures, and procedures for document management.
• Ensure that all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
• Provide training and support to project leaders and teams on document management.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy and completeness of technical drawings.

• Higher education in a relevant field, or extensive experience in building and property management.
• Strong knowledge of FDV systems and document management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
