We are currently recruiting a Field Engineering Coordinator on behalf of a prominent client in the Oil & Energy sector for a strategic industrial project located in Corsica.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Field Engineering Manager in overseeing on-site engineering activities, ensuring operational continuity in their absence.
  • Lead technical teams on-site, organizing and coordinating tasks according to established plans.
  • Ensure the availability and efficient allocation of material and human resources necessary for operations.
  • Verify that work performed complies with quality standards, safety norms, and applicable regulations.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues encountered on-site, proposing suitable solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between field teams, project management, and other stakeholders, facilitating smooth information flow.
  • Prepare regular reports on work progress, challenges faced, and solutions implemented.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, or equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years' experience in coordinating field engineering projects, preferably in the Oil & Energy sector.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities, proven leadership, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
